Join us for a grounding and reflective event honoring the shifting energy of Fall. Through Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine teachings, we’ll explore ways to stay steady and nourished as the winds of change blow in. A breath-centered yoga practice and calming breathwork will guide us inward, followed by restorative rest and a seasonal acupuncture session to support immunity and ease.

All are welcome—no yoga experience needed!
