This 3-week group experience blends Ayurveda and Viniyoga to soften the pressure of resolutions and instead build inner steadiness from the ground up. We’ll slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with winter’s quiet wisdom. Through somatically based yoga practices geared toward self-inquiry, reflective weekly themes and prompts, and gentle Ayurvedic shifts toward rootedness, you’ll begin to build daily rhythms that nourish your system and help you feel more at home in yourself in a way that’s truly sustainable.

Because change is easier when we feel supported, we’ll gather each week for a live session to explore the theme together, share where we feel stuck, and ask questions in real time. Between meetings, a supportive group chat offers steady encouragement, accountability, and the reminder that we’re not meant to navigate healing alone.

  • 3 live weekly group sessions with presentation of theme, discussion of Ayurvedic perspective, and live Q+A. We’ll meet online so you can join from anywhere, and each session will be recorded if you can’t attend live.
  • Weekly accessible yoga class (including movement, breath practices, meditation, and optional mantra) with each theme to guide introspection 
  • Weekly emails offering gentle Ayurvedic and Yogic rituals, and journal/reflection prompts
  • Easy to follow Dinacharya (Daily Rhythm) guidance designed to support you through each phase of the three-week journey.

We will begin the last week of January, with live group sessions held each Monday for three weeks (January 26th, February 2nd, and 9th) with full access to the recordings.
