Breath and Balance | Wednesdays at 12pm at Glowing Body

This class is taught in the tradition of Viniyoga, a breath-centered approach that adapts movement to the individual. You’ll be invited to use your breath as a guide for exploring movement, tuning into your body, and practicing curiosity from moment to moment. Each posture is shaped to support your unique needs, helping you discover what feels steady, spacious, and nourishing for you.

We move at a comfortable, intentional pace—sometimes repeating a shape, sometimes pausing in it—to notice how breath and movement influence one another and to learn more about our own patterns. While the practice is gentle and unhurried, expect mild to moderate challenge as you build awareness, strength, and ease.

We close with calming, balancing breathing practices to help settle the mind and body before a restful final relaxation.
