Yoga Basics
Mondays 5:30-6:30pm
Begin. Or begin again! The basics are never boring when you are open to learning new things. Perfect for absolute beginners to experienced practitioners with a beginner’s mind. In this class we’ll explore different shapes to find the best alignment for our individual bodies along with noticing how breathing affects the way they feel. Pre-registration at least 30 minutes in advance is required.
Slow Flow
Wednesdays 12:00-1:00pm
Take your time. Move with intention. Slow Flow is designed to build control, coupled with breath awareness and mindfulness. Expect flowing transitions from pose to pose, but the pace will be slow and steady, with breaks as needed for instruction or rest. Mildly to moderately challenging.
