Do you ever struggle with high stress or anxiety?

Do you support clients who do?

Would you like to build skills to help manage these?

Join Amberly Kelley-Dotson, MS, E-RYT 500 for a 3 hour workshop diving into the ways a yoga practice can be supportive to managing stress and anxiety. We will discuss and experience both movement and breathing practices through the lens of therapeutic yoga to facilitate reconnection with your body and reduction of the effects of stress and anxiety.  You will leave with a greater understanding of how stress and anxiety affect your whole system along with several skills to add to help manage (along with an understanding of why they work).    

This workshop will be made accessible to all participants and there will be ample space for questions. No prior experience is necessary. Yoga teachers who attend are eligible for 3 hours of continuing education through Yoga Alliance.
