Do you ever struggle with back pain? Do you find that your low back is achy at the end of day? What about those pesky sharp pains near your hips? 

Join Amberly Kelley-Dotson, MS, E-RYT 500 for a 3-hour workshop diving into the ways a yoga practice can be supportive to managing back pain. We will discuss how different parts of our bodies and different movement patterns can contribute to various back issues and how two people can have the same pain, but need totally different things! Don’t worry–we’ll be moving our bodies as well. You will leave with a greater understanding of how your body works along with several skills to help manage your own back pain. 

This workshop will be made accessible to all participants and there will be ample space for questions. No prior experience is necessary. Yoga teachers who attend are eligible for 3 hours of continuing education through Yoga Alliance.
