What to Expect:  Over three weeks, you’ll be guided through a gentle, structured process to reset your digestion and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

  • Week 1: Prepare. Gently wake up digestion with lighter, warming meals and simple ritual shifts that stimulate circulation, reduce heaviness, and build awareness.
  • Week 2: Reset. Simplify meals with cleansing kitchari, digestive-boosting spices, and supportive practices that clear buildup and re-ignite digestive fire.
  • Week 3: Integrate. Reintroduce variety and carry forward the energy, clarity, and balance you’ve cultivated.

What’s Included:

  • 3 live weekly group sessions where we’ll explore the ins and outs of seasonal resetting like how to align food, routine, and ritual with nature’s rhythm. We’ll meet online so you can join from anywhere, and each session will be recorded if you can’t attend live.
  • Optional live yoga practices each week for anyone who feels called to explore the reset somatically. These gentle classes weave intentional movement and breath with the weekly theme, supporting digestion, grounding, and ease in the body. Each yoga practice will be recorded if you can’t attend live.
  • Easy to follow recipes for nourishing, digestible meals designed to support you through each phase of the three-week journey.
  • Weekly emails offering gentle Ayurvedic and Yogic rituals to nurture digestion, promote grounding, and invite ease into your days.
  • Private WhatsApp community for daily check-ins, shared inspiration, and space for questions and connection along the way.

We will begin right after the Spring Equinox with live group sessions held each Monday for three weeks (March 23rd, 30th, and April 6th).  If you can’t make it live, you’ll have full access to the recordings.
